Membership Fees
1 Year Youth Membership– $50.00
1 Year Adult Membership -$75.00
1 Year Senior Membership- $75.00
Youth Day Pass- $2.00
Adult Day Pass $3.00
Proof of D.O.B. is required for all 5 & 6 year olds and those seeking the Seniors’ Discount!
All membership and daypass forms MUST be current, with a minimum of 3 working numbers including at least 1 Emergency Contact from outside of the home! Please update information frequently!
Day Pass forms expire on June 30th of every year and a new form MUST be submitted annually!
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT ALL MEMBERS BRING THEIR CARD
EVERYDAY. IF THEY DO NOT HAVE THEIR CARD THEY WILL NEED TO PAY 2.OO FOR A DAY PASS OR 2.00 FOR A NEW CARD.
